We set it up.
Everything a company needs to run, in one system you own: accounting, sales, stock, point of sale. We configure it, move your old records in, and hand you the keys.

Your books stay current every month, never rebuilt in a panic each December. At year-end you receive the accounts and the tax file the ministry asks for, signed and stamped on paper.

Three clean years. Then any door.
Companies with three years of clean, comparable books can go where they like: a bank, an investor, the Iraq Stock Exchange, an IFRS conversion for a partner abroad. We keep the books so that door stays open. The clock starts the month you sign.
Year one
Your books become monthly and comparable.
Every entry read back against its paper. The year-end file signed on paper.
Year two
A bank or an investor can read you.
Two closed years, same chart, same rules. Numbers that can be compared, not explained.
Year three
The exchange, or a partner abroad.
Three comparable years is what a listing file or an IFRS conversion starts from. We prepare the file; an independent auditor signs the opinion.

We ask you within minutes, not at year-end.
The invoice, the WhatsApp message and the accounting entry all reach us at the same moment. So when a number looks wrong, we ask you the same day, while you still remember the deal. Not eleven months later, when nobody does.
When a number looks wrong
A person looks at it the same day.
The same bill paid twice. An old supplier account suddenly active. An amount sitting just under a limit. An entry backdated into a closed month.
We check it against the paper
The entry is read back against the receipt.
Most questions end here, because the receipt answers them. Anything left reaches a person with the whole file already attached.
We check the clean ones too
A sample every month, even when nothing looks wrong.
A checklist can go quietly blind to a problem it was never written for. Spot-checks are how we catch that.

Who owns the system, you or me?
You do, from the first day. The database is registered in your company name, the data inside it is yours, and you can take a full copy and walk away whenever you want. We are the team working inside it, not the landlord.
I already have an accountant. Then what?
Keep them. Most of our clients do. We keep the books current and hand your accountant a clean, complete file instead of a shoebox in December, which usually makes their work cheaper, not redundant.
How is the price decided?
By how much work your company actually generates, documents and branches, not by how many people log in. Adding a colleague never costs more. Setup is quoted once, against your real company.
What happens when someone makes a mistake?
You hear it from us first, the same business day, with the correction already prepared. That is a written commitment, not a slogan.
Is my information kept private?
Your database is entirely separate from every other client. No quote, no purchase order and no filing leaves your system until a person you know has released it.
