NexaFlow is a licensed accounting office based in Erbil, Iraq. These terms govern use of our website and our WhatsApp-based communication with Clients and, where separately authorized, with a Client's own customers.

1. Our services are provided under a signed engagement letter with each Client; these general terms do not replace that letter.

2. We operate intelligent software systems that assist in transcribing, reading, extracting and drafting from documents; every document is reviewed by a responsible accountant before any output is relied upon, sent, or filed.

3. Messages sent over WhatsApp use the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta Platforms, Inc., which acts as a transport provider.

4. We do not sell personal data. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.

5. These terms are governed by the laws of Iraq.
